RELEASE OF LIABILITY

JCNA Event Participation: It is an entrant's privilege to participate in any JCNA sanctioned event held by any JCNA affiliate upon executing proper registration forms and paying published entrance fees. Each affiliate shall be solely responsible for granting entry privileges to each entrant on an individual basis.

I hereby agree to enter the above described Jaguar in the JANE 38th Annual Concours d’Elegance. In consideration of the right and privilege to enter and participate, and other valuable consideration, and intending to be legally bound, I agree to release the Jaguar Clubs of North America, Inc, JANE, and the Concours d'Elegance Committee from any and all liability for injuries, damage, or loss arising from my entry and attendance at the Concours.

Non JCNA members please send a separate check for $5.00 made out to JCNA with a Non-member signed form located on the non-member page.

If you intend on spending the night please call the Sturbridge Host Hotel directly to book rooms. Their number is 508-347-7393. Please inform them that you are with the Jaguar event to obtain our discount pricing of $125.00 + tax. Rooms are limited.

*Non-JCNA entrants must pay a $5.00 insurance fee per car. Please send JCNA insurance form with entrant form.

If you do not have a JCNA #, consider becoming a member of JANE. When you join, you will be assigned a JCNA number with your membership.

All Entrants that register before July 10th 2010 will receive a field pass on a lanyard with their name, hometown and a color photograph of their car ( you must provide the photo via email or send with your registration application). If you were an entrant of last years Concours and wish to use that photo we will be happy to oblige.

All drivers of registered vehicles will receive a goodie bag and an event tee shirt. (One per vehicle)

All drivers of registered vehicles who stay for the awards ceremony will receive a JANE 38th Anniversary Concours Plaque with a photo of their car taken by a professional photographer on the field the day of the event.
